Scholarship Information
Each year the Franklin County Kiwanis Club gives
a total of $4,000 to students who attend Franklin County High
School or Huntland High School. The Club gives a total of
two $1000 dollar scholarships & one $500 dollar Fred Gould
Scholarship to students at Franklin County High School and one
$1000 dollar scholarship & one $500 dollar Fred Gould
Scholarship at Huntland High School.
Franklin County Kiwanis Scholarship Information - $1000 each
This scholarship is for
students who are going to a university or two year college and
is involved with community service events. For more
information, please contact the Franklin County Kiwanis Club.
Fred Gould Memorial Scholarship Information - $500 each
The Fred Gould Memorial Scholarship was established after his
passing in 2008. Fred was a good friend and a vital asset to
the barbeque society. Fred was a certified master electrician
and because of this, the Kiwanis Club thought it would be
appropriate to help Franklin County students that wanted to
pursue a technical scholarship.
Application & Details
These scholarships are available to students attending Franklin
County High School & Huntland High School Students. Students interested in these
scholarships need to visit their high school guidance
office for application forms and requirements.
